After the developer integrates ds9181bsdk into its application according to the ds9181bsdk development documents and guidelines, we will provide relevant services to the developer's end user ("you" or "user") through the integrated ds9181bsdk, and process the developer's application related data, which may contain your personal information. Shengjiu attaches great importance to your personal information and privacy protection. We will provide corresponding security protection measures for your personal information in accordance with the legal requirements and mature security standards in the industry. This statement will show you how we collect, use, disclose, protect, store, and transmit your personal information.

Please note that we require all developers of integrated ds9181bsdk to process your personal information strictly following the requirements of legal regulations, developer agreements and usage guidelines; before access and use of open capabilities, we require developers to inform you of the basic information of integrated SDK processing in the privacy policy of their product application, and obtain your consent or other legal basis. How do we collect and use your personal information
Shengjiu will only collect and use your personal information according to the purpose and way described in this statement, if we want to collect your personal information for other purposes not stated in this statement, we will in a reasonable way or through the developer to inform you, and again obtain your consent or obtain other legal basis. If SDK exists or optional personal information is collected and used, it will be specified below.

Locking operation
If the developer integrates ds9181bsdk and the end user agrees to grant the application location and Bluetooth permission to the application, the end user can connect the corresponding lock through Bluetooth in the application developed by the developer. After connecting the lock, the lock can switch lock operation, lock switch status query, lock information reading, secret key modification, lock number modification and other functions.

Product operation and maintenance
In order to ensure the stable operation of bluetooth lock, and the end user agreed to grant developers application use location permission and bluetooth permission, when the end user in the developer application through bluetooth connection lock, after the permission verification, can upgrade the lock firmware, to repair the lock defects or optimization function. The firmware for Bluetooth lock upgrade needs to be provided by Shengjiu, otherwise it may cause unnecessary abnormalities to the lock.

Device permissions call

When you use the corresponding functions and services, we will apply for the corresponding permissions to the system through the developer application. You can view the permission status of the device in the Device Settings feature or Privacy Settings, and select partial or off.                                   

When integrating and using the corresponding open capability, the developer will decide the call range of the permission by itself, so the developer should explain the call and use of the permission to you. According to the request of the developer application, we can process the relevant personal information to provide you with the corresponding service; once you close the authorization, we will no longer continue to process the relevant personal information based on the corresponding permission, and may not be able to provide you with the corresponding service. Please note that your decision to close permissions will not affect the effectiveness of previous personal information processing activities based on your authorization.

The protection of the minors

We attach great importance to the protection of minors' personal information, and we will provide services and protection to minors in strict accordance with the requirements of national laws and regulations. If you are a minor, your parents or other guardians are required to agree that you use the developer app and agree to the terms of service of the relevant app. Parents or other guardians should also take appropriate precautions to protect minors, including supervision of their use of the developer application.
Especially, if you are a child (minors under the age of fourteen), before you use the developer application and our services, please be sure to inform your parents or other guardian together carefully read the developer application privacy statement and this statement, and after your parents or other guardian agree or guidance, use the developer application and our services or provide information to us. If you are a parent or other guardian of the child, please ensure that the child in your custody, with your consent or guidance, uses the Developer app and our services and provides information to us.
